Can you accommodate other policies not mentioned on your website?

Yes, we may be able to help you with another type of Insurance coverage. However, costs may vary depending on the type of policy you have - refer to our what it cost page for price guidance. You will receive a ‘Free of Charge’ acknowledgement email from us followed by a second email with an exact cost to answer your questions or review your claim - There is no obligation to accept our quote and If we cannot answer your question/s or review your claim, you will not be charged.

You dont have a telephone number..why do you only respond by email?

I have chosen the ‘second opinion’ option and want my claim reviewed - what do i need to do?

Fill out our online question form; you will need to upload your claims documents. There is an opportunity to do this on the form. Alternatively, use the email option on the form and send your claims documentation this way (any photos of documents must be clear and legible to view/read when expanded). Also include relevant emails/letters from your insurance provider or agent, your policy wording and any policy Terms and Conditions. We will then respond within 24 working hours - see how we reply.
