I have chosen the ‘second opinion’ option and want my claim reviewed - what do i need to do?
Fill out our online question form; you will need to upload your claims documents. There is an opportunity to do this on the form. Alternatively, use the email option on the form and send your claims documentation this way (any photos of documents must be clear and legible to view/read when expanded). Also include relevant emails/letters from your insurance provider or agent, your policy wording and any policy Terms and Conditions. We will then respond within 24 working hours - see how we reply.
